Our arts, crafts, books, and specialty food products are a hit with locals and tourists alike. In Louisville, The Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft has sprawling art exhibition spaces, an education center and a gallery shop featuring the work of 200 artists.

For those who like to museum and gallery hop, Elizabethtown is home to the Schmidt Museum of Coca-Cola Memorabilia, showcasing items from the world's largest privately-owned collection of Coca-Cola history. A few miles down the road in Hodgenville, and just three miles from Abraham Lincoln's birthplace, you can visit The Lincoln Museum and learn details about the life of our beloved sixteenth president. Bardstown's Civil War Museum, the sixth largest such facility in the country, offers myriad exhibits and artifacts from both the Union and the Confederacy. And right next door, you'll find the Women of the Civil War Museum, the only such museum of its kind to be found anywhere. Louisville's Muhammad Ali Center offers two-and-a-half levels of exhibits and galleries dedicated to the legendary life of one of our region's most charismatic and famous natives.
